Mixed-use sustainable resort including 187 branded residences, hotels and retail facilities. Price range from EUR 220k to EUR 625k.

  • Reviewed and analyzed company’s real estate assets and sales goals,
  • Prepared and presented the study “Luxury Mixed-Use Resorts in European Markets”,
  • Developed the International Marketing and Sales Strategy for the markets of Sweden, Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia,
  • Established an ongoing collaboration with the CEO of the Owner’s Group and all relevant stakeholders to ensure achieving of sales targets,
  • Managed marketing and communication channels in targeted markets in collaboration with the onsite sales team,
